Allison Musante is the General Manager of Stateline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and has been working in the automotive industry for 15 years. She has held numerous roles in the dealership to include Office Manager/Controller for a Lincoln Mercury dealer, where she gained invaluable industry knowledge by taking on a wide variety of responsibilities and projects before moving into the GM role in 2008 for Smithtown Acura.
Allison’s success at Smithtown has allowed for three dealership distinction awards, two council of Excellence awards, two Edmunds premier 5 star dealer awards and the environmental leadership award. Allison shares her success with many automotive groups and committees to include the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association, Next Gen (GNYADA) where she addresses rising industry trends and the millennial car-buying experience. Allison will soon speak on behalf of the Woman’s Automotive Association International (WAAI) where she will discuss the dynamic of recruiting women to pursue a lifelong career in the automotive industry. Allison’s dream of becoming a mentor and ambassador to young women in the automotive industry is quickly coming true.
Allison and her team’s successes have been featured in industry publications such as AutoSuccess Magazine and AutoRemarketing.
Allison was the Vice President of the NADA’s Dealer Academy Class 197 and graduated in August 2016.
She recently just joined the Mills Automotive group as the General Manager of Stateline CDJR in Charlotte, NC. She is looking forward to duplicating the success she has had in the past, by developing her new team.
